Yes this game is free video game and for Computer. Capitulation would make this game better, but what can you expect from a 1 man army. A peace conference similar to HOI4 would be great, with the exclusion of the passing to just instantly annex a country. What does tick me off is the requirement to either take the majority of a countries provinces makes the peace conference pretty annoying. What is very annoying is the fact that very little can be done to improve your units you build as many and hope youre not running into a bigger deathstack or a castle + a similar amount.
Although some may consider it a bootleg Paradox game the game itself is pretty fun once you get the hang of everything.
